Following the University of Louisville v. Butler men’s basketball game on Tuesday Nov. 16, the slick roads caused an accident on the Watterson Expressway ramp from I-65 South. Michelle Mattingly Westbay, who had just left the game, lost control of her car on the ramp.
Soon however, Kieth Callen, the mascot for the U of L men’s basketball team, arrived on the scene and pulled her from the vehicle. Mattingly expressed gratitude for Callen on her Facebook page.
