4.The Vagina monologues
Feb. 9-11 | 7PM-8PM
V-Day, a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls, raises funds through benefit productions of Playwright/Founder Eve Ensler’s award winning play, “The Vagina Monologues.” For those who have already seen the production, please consider donating to the UofL VDAY 2012 fund, which supports PEACC and the women in Haiti. The play will be at the Playhouse Theatre on Third Street and there will be interpreters for the hearing impaired at all the performances. Tickets are $8 with your ID, but can be purchased in advance for $6, and $10 for faculty, staff and the public. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office on the second floor of the SAC.

5. REACH Seminar

6. Floyd Theater Movie
Feb. 10-12 | 5PM and 8PM
Haunted by painful memories and increasing paranoia, a damaged woman struggles to re-assimilate with her family after fleeing an abusive cult. This movie stars Elizabeth Olsen, Sarah Paulson and John Hawkes and is playing at the Floyd Theatre at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 8 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $1.50 when purchased with a student ID and $3 to the public.

7. I Love Mountains! Day
Feb. 14 | 10:30mAM-3PM
Join thousands of other Kentuckians in Frankfort to tell lawmakers that we love mountains! Transportation is available for a $5, with buses leaving from Rauch Planetarium at 10:30.
