Lester Goetzinger was charged in a federal court with aiding and abbeting Karen Sypher in her alleged attempt to extort U of L head basektball coach Rick Pitino.
Goetzinger agreed to a deal with the federal prosecutors, which state that the charges will be dismissed in a year if Goetzinger does not break the law. According to court papers, Sypher attempted to extort $10 million from Pitino.
