The University of Louisville’s “Mission Monday” series will continue on Monday, Sept. 22 with a discussion about NASA’s Voyager mission. Timothy Dowling, director of the Comparative Planetology Lab at UofL, will discuss NASA has learned from the Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 missions, which have now traveled well beyond Pluto and return information as a part of NASA’s Deep Space Network.
The event is free to the public and begins at 7:30 p.m. at the planetarium. The “Mission Monday” is a series which highlights information revealed in current NASA missions. More information can be found at www.louisville.edu/planetarium
