So here it is the end of July, and you have close to nothing to show for what you have been doing these past three months, except for maybe a tan. Well, the fall semester is quickly approaching, and those of you who did not take summer classes have one less excuse than those who did to not be out there doing something. You may think this city is lame, but concert lovers fear not, because there are still plenty of shows to take in before summer is done, especially with the State Fair just around the corner. From Cher’s Farewell Tour to local heavy metal bands, Louisville is gradually proving itself to be a good place for folks who enjoy live music. Now if only we could get an Ozzfest . . .
For those of you who were not fortunate enough to catch The Eagles, Creed or any of the other big shows here earlier this summer, don’t think that you missed everything this city had to offer.
