Contrary to popular belief, college guys are scared of things, just like everyone else. Guys have very similar fears in life to girls, and while girls might wear their emotions on their sleeves more often, guys tend to internalize them.

The typical college guy may seem aloof and uncaring most of the time and never afraid of anything. But school, girls, their family and the future do weigh heavily on some minds.

Out of the 40 guys surveyed around campus, 26 said they were scared of something having to do with their life, future or death, whether it be their own or their parents’.
