It sometimes happens that certain bands have the peculiar ability of transporting their listeners back in time; such is the case with the Visitors. The three-piece band straight out of New York uses fuzz-laden guitar licks and abrasive vocals to remind their audience that straight-laced, no-nonsense punk does still exist. And not only does it still exist, it remains remarkably unchanged, which becomes painfully clear throughout the Visitors’ self-titled debut release.
