On behalf of the Graduate School the Louisville Cardinal would like to announce that the correct time for the Research Symposium is 9 a.m. - 5 p.m, rather than 5-9pm today. And is located in the Chao Auditorium, Ekstrom Library.

Update – Results Are In: Run-off Ensues
Results are in for the 2009-2010 SGA elections; although some are clouded with controversy.
OJ Oleka appeared to have won the SGA Presidency by 268 votes, but after a Supreme Court decision, he will face Kirk Laughlin in a run-off election.

My senior experience is unlike any you mentioned in your article. I don't have senioritis. I love my classes and enjoy my professors and my classmates. The work is interesting, and the intellectual stimulation is refreshing. I look forward to each lecture. I read ahead.

A new place to call a Cardinal home
In only 607 days, the University of Louisville men's and women's basketball teams will have a new address on Main Street, Second Street, Third Street and River Road. Early November 2010 is the scheduled completion date for the new downtown arena the Cardinals will call home.
Who should benefit from booze tax?
Local businesses and restaurants are dealing with a tough situation in many Kentucky counties.
A bill was recently passed to place higher taxes on cigarettes and alcohol in Kentucky which will in turn help with U of L's budget deficit. This raised a big question in my mind. Will the additional tax be redistributed amongst the entire state, or just those counties who sell it? The answer I found was a bit unsettling.
Senior night: set to play last home game
Before almost every University of Louisville men's basketball home game, the team goes through the same game day itinerary each time. However, tomorrow the Cardinals will experience a slight mix-up as seniors Terrence Williams, Andre McGee and Will Scott will step onto Denny Crum court for the final time in their collegiate career to be honored for their contributions to the program prior to senior night against Seton Hall.
