Students learn and celebrate Fiesta Del Sol with LSU and Porter Scholars

To celebrate spring’s arrival, the Latinx Student Union and Porter Scholars came together in the Cultural Center on Thursday to commemorate Fiesta Del Sol. Students enjoyed food, played card games, and conversed with LSU members about the meaning behind the Fiesta Del Sol celebration, which is about respecting the soil that allows an abundance of food.
