Spike Lee's film "When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts" cuts straight to the heart of the Hurricane Katrina tragedy and gives voice to the New Orleans survivors in an unprecedented way. The epic, 256-minute documentary provides a multitude of different perspectives on the disaster, and demonstrates the tragic effect that the disaster has had on New Orleans and its citizens.
