A new set of names will appear in the staff listing on the previous page in August, just as it does every year. Likewise, the newspaper will take on a slightly different persona, just as it does every year. ‘Urinetown’ reeks with satire

What's in a name? If the name is 'Urinetown,' and refers to the latest musical production put on by the University of Louisville Theatre department, then the answer is everything. The title 'Urinetown' evokes several images, in fact it evokes several smells and gag reflexes too, so why would anyone use it as the name of their musical? Because it has excellent shock value, not to mention it hints at the underlying satire and keeps this parody of musicals from taking itself too seriously-and that's what kept it interesting.

Rice High sophomore Lamont Jones verbally committed to Rick Pitino and the University of Louisville this weekend. The 5-foot-11 point guard, said that he committed to Pitino back during the summer. Scout.com lists Jones as a clutch player with three point range who has the ability to catch and shoot.
