1.Baseball home opener
Wednesday marks the home opener for the U of L Baseball team. U of L, ranked 15 in preseason polls, will play against Eastern Kentucky University. This season will be the baseball program’s 95th season and the 8th season calling Jim Patterson Stadium home. Admission is free and the first 500 fans will receive the 2012 Louisville Baseball schedule poster featuring the four seniors.

2.”Inside Job”
“Inside Job” will be playing at Floyd Theatre this week. This Oscar Award-Winning documentary takes a closer look at what brought about the financial meltdown. This movie is rated R.

3. “Calamity”

“Calamity,” filmed by U of L theatre arts major Collin Sage, will be showing this Friday at Playhouse Theater, located on 3rd Street and Cardinal Boulevard. “Calamity” is a comedy that is a hodgepodge of comedic sketches and farcical commercials and fake movie trailers and TV shows.

4. Gaming Night
Shake off the school week with a night of fun and gaming on the big screen! This free gaming night includes pizza, soft drinks and giveaways of Xbox 360 games and Xbox Live subscriptions.

5. Fryberger Greek sing

The 75th Annual Fryberger Greek Sing will take place on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday Feb. 26 at 5:30 p.m. at the Louisville Palace Theatre. The show features medleys of songs presented by the campus fraternities and sororities. Tickets can be purchased at louisvillepalace.com. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Community Music Program. Be a part of a great UofL student tradition!

6.Body awareness body appreciation week
