‘Clara’s Dream’ opens for its 11th showing

The University of Louisville Dance Theatre kicked off the holiday season with its 11th performance of "Clara's Dream," a show based on the famous "Nutcracker" ballet. Members of U of L's Dance Academy have been practicing under the direction of Cynthia Bronner and Chuck Bronson since mid-September for "Clara's Dream.

Rick Pitino and team are headed to compete in the Jimmy V Classic after this weekend's 99-69 win over the Sacramento State Hornets. The Louisville Cardinals will take on the No. 16 Arizona Wildcats on Dec. 5 at Madison Square Gardens. The Cardinals' season ended at the Garden last year in a National Invitational Tournament loss to South Carolina.
