The University of Louisville men’s basketball team plays its final game of the 2015-16 season against Virginia (23-6 overall, 12-5 in the ACC) in Charlottesville, VA.

Final: Virginia defeats Louisville 68-46.

2:20 second half- Virginia leads Louisville 59-44. Pitino calls a timeout.

3:11 second half- Virginia leads Louisville 57-44. Final media timeout here.

7:58 second half- Virginia leads Louisville 46-31. Onuaku picked up his fifth foul.

11:54 second half- Virginia leads Louisville 41-25. The Cardinals are struggling getting anything going offensively, Mitchell hit a 3-pointer to cut the deficit to 14, but Louisville missed shots on their next two possessions.

15:55 second half- Virginia leads Louisville 36-19.

16:26 second half- Virginia leads Louisville 36-19. Rick Pitino calls a timeout after Virginia takes its largest lead of the game.

Halftime- Virginia leads Louisville 29-17. Cardinals are shooting 25-percent from the field, Spalding is the Cardinals leading scorer with four points.

2:32 first half- Virginia leads Louisville 26-17. Matz Stockman, playing for foul-ridden Onuaku, scored on a nice post move to cut the lead to single digits.

7:27 first half- Virginia leads Louisville 15-8. Cardinals 3 of 16 from the field, but their defense has held them in the game. Virginia is 5 of 17 from the field and has five turnovers.

10:42 first half- Virginia leads Louisville 13-4. Adel hits a 3-pointer, Louisville’s first made field goal of the game.

11:04 first half- Virginia leads Louisville 13-1. The Cardinals have yet to hit a field goal, shooting 0 of 11 from the field.

15:40 first half- Virginia leads Louisville 8-0. Rick Pitino calls a timeout after Eva Notle hits back-to-back 3-pointers. The crowd inside of John Paul Jones Arena is charged up, big time environment. Jaylen Johnson and Donovan Mitchell are the first Cardinals off the bench, replacing Lewis and Adel.
