A project by the Louisville Cardinal’s former editor will be part of  the Louisville International Film Festival.

Elijah McKenzie’s video “Keep Louisville Weird” will air at the Louisville Free Public Library Sept. 16 as part of the documentary series “KY Place.” McKenzie will be in attendance, discussing his video which examines Louisville’s culture and emphasis on being weird.

As the Cardinal’s former editor-in-chief, McKenzie produced videos and wrote dozens of articles before graduating from U of L in 2013. Since, McKenzie has worked as a freelance reporter, contributing editor, producer, director and other jobs.
