As I walked inside of Jim Porters, I felt a sense of southern hospitality as I entered the club/bar. It was full of antiques and historic photographs of Kentucky. The room was dimly lit as I approached the stage. The artists that performed that night was the new R&B hit singers August Alsina, with the latest hit “I Love This,” and Timberland’s new signed artist BK Brasco. I was granted the opportunity to sit down and speak with Brasco on his up and coming career.

While interviewing Brasco he displayed a lot of enthusiasm and had much to say about his career. Brasco began the interview by stating how he got signed. “Me and Tim hooked up and brought that thing to life.” Brasco then struck a deal with Interscope. Brasco talked about what motivated him to start rapping. “A Friend of mine told me I could rap, and I told him, man I can’t rap.” From then on, Brasco followed his heart and started to work with his talent. Brasco talked about his accomplishments and what the fans can expect to see in the near future. After the interview, Brasco performed his new single with Ravaughn titled, “Every Bag” from his EP. To stay connected to Brasco with music and events you can follow him on Twitter and Instagram at @BKBrasco.
