Students will check into the center at this desk.
The offices of the people who will run the center will be located behind the check-in desk. Student offices will be located in the main area.
Students and RSOs who wish to organize events will have space to do so in the new building.
Dale Ramsay will also have an office. This is the first time in his 34-year career at U of L that he will have a window.

A Big Ass Fan (yes, that’s the name!) Big Ass Fans are a Lexington, Ky.-based company. Their fans can lower the temperature in a room by 4 degrees, which helps keep both the players and the floorboards of a basketball court feeling fresh.
A multipurpose exercise room. Half of the floor is hardwood, ideal for activities like ballroom dancing, while the other half is softer, good for sports like martial arts.

Dale Ramsay explains the game lounge of the SRC, which will feature Wii Sports and Xbox Kinect.
A synthetic turf court will be placed outside of the SRC. No lines will be painted here to encourage a wide range of activities, and it is expected that exercise science courses will take advantage of this area.

The west-facing windows of the basketball court are polarized to prevent the sun from blinding players during a game.
This area is located just outside the SRC, and is expected to be developed with a parklike atmosphere. Administration hopes that students will treat this space like they do the other quads on campus.
