Three U of L athletes arrested on drug-related charges

On Tuesday, April 19, three University of Louisville athletes were arrested and charged with one count each of drug trafficking marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Freshman diver Cameron Dehn, junior soccer forward and midfielder Nicholas DeLeon, and sophomore soccer defender Brock Granger were arrested on East Barbee Avenue, just blocks from U of L’s Belknap campus.

Men’s swimming head coach Arthur Albiero, and Men’s soccer head coach Ken Lolla were unavailable for comment.

However, according to assistant coach Ryan Wochomurka of the men’s swimming team, the matter is being handled internally. Wochomurka declined to comment on the arrests.
